Nigeria: Oil Price Surge - International Energy Forum Push for Dialogue

Oil ministers from the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), heads of the world's major oil companies as well as non OPEC oil rich nation's under the auspices of the International Energy Forum have called for a dialogue between oil producers and consumers with a view to finding solution to the current oil price surge.
